The network is maintained by me only. There is no one that needs to ask their supervisor for permission. When calling for technical support, I answer the phone. If there is a billing issue, you talk to me. There is no automated system. You get to the person that can make the decisions and the one that has the technical knowledge to fix the problem.
Our price is not cheapest because I do not believe in cheap products. This is "Quality over Quantity." I purchase the best products to maintain the network. New Dell PowerEdge servers make up the network not pieced together desktops. The network equipment is top notch using only Cisco based products. More reliable products equals greater uptime.
